What We Offer:
Modeled Entry Floor Elevations for nearly any building.
Our Modeled EFE dataset provides building-level entry floor elevations across the contiguous United States. Delivered as a licensable data layer for underwriting, risk modeling, and GIS workflows. Custom coverage and dataset options available on request..png)
How it's Collected:
01
On-the-Ground Collection
Our FloodRover vehicle scans communities, capturing real-world data with lidar, video, and precision GPS elevation tools — forming the training foundation for the EFE model.
02
Machine Learning Model
FloodVision lidar, video, and GPS data train a machine learning model that extrapolates entry floor elevations for nearly any building — including structures we haven’t physically driven past.
03
Scalable Data Delivery
The Modeled EFE dataset is delivered as a licensable data layer for underwriting, GIS, and risk-modeling workflows. Custom formats and regional coverage available on request.
